Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Larger, framed, or fragile pieces may require additional handling time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping rates and delivery
- Standard: $8 (3–5 business days) — free on orders of $150 or more
- Express: $15 (1–2 business days)
Oversized or fragile pieces may ship with specialized packaging or freight, with timelines noted at checkout.

Carriers and tracking
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and email tracking once your order is on its way.

Damaged in transit
Each piece is packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and keep all original packaging so we can replace or refund it and file a carrier claim. (See our Refund Policy.)

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows an issue or your package hasn't arrived as expected, email sales@glacierartobjects.com and we'll help investigate.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address; reshipment may incur additional cost.
