Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your piece. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging along with any certificates or tags. Custom or commissioned work and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to start a return
Email sales@glacierartobjects.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrives damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item — in those cases, we cover return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 2  days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and keep all original packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) and handle the carrier claim.
